We understand there is a lot to digest.

Is the concrete water proofed?

It does not come pre-coated because the coating is likely to get damaged during shipping. We suggest coating the cellar before installing.

Do you deliver and off-load it?

We’re happy to arrange shipping to your location (accessible road required). However, offloading isn’t included, so we recommend hiring a crane or heavy equipment to safely unload the cellar on the day of delivery.

Do you provide instructions on how to install?

Is the cellar pre-drilled for ventilation and / or electrical conduit?

Yes, the cellar is predrilled with holes to run conduit for ventilation and/or electrical wires.

Does it come with stairs?

Yes, it does come with stairs that are made from concrete. You can build the interior to suit.
